Overview
Dr. Tara Rizvi earned her medical degree at King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Caritas St. Elizabeth Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and a fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester. Board certified in rheumatology, Dr. Rizvi has been in practice in Massachusetts and Texas since 2003. She treats patients 18 years and older for conditions including autoimmune diseases; hip, knee hand and wrist osteoarthritis; rheumatic diseases; and rheumatoid arthritis. She speaks Urdu and Hindi. She was recognized in 2018 by Baylor College of Medicine with a STAR award for patient care excellence and a Woman of Excellence Award.
