Overview
After graduating from the Riverside School of Professional Nursing in 2012, Timothy went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University. He is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Timothy’s nursing experience has included not only gastroenterological care, but also specialties in vascular access and emergency/trauma care, giving him a well-rounded skill set. As a Nurse Practitioner, his love for helping people and being part of their lives is evident. Timothy treats patients like family in every way, with kindness, respect, dignity and accountability. Patients find Timothy to be easygoing and funny, as he believes a trip to see a medical practitioner should be enjoyable rather than tolerable. His goal is to render the best health care possible while continually learning and improving his practice. Timothy grew up in Fredericksburg while it was still characterized by pastures, forests and open spaces. Today he, his wife—a teacher—and their two boys enjoy the variety of entertainment and educational opportunities in Hampton Roads. Timothy especially loves hiking, rock climbing, working with his hands and enjoying nature with his family.
