In less than four years, he led the program to a top 10 percent ranking in survival outcomes, according to the National Marrow Donor Program, an independent agency that reviews the outcomes of bone marrow transplant centers in the United States. He also brought the first cellular immune therapy (CAR-T cell) for the treatment of lymphoma and acute leukemia to Memphis and the Mid-South, an achievement that earned him an award as a Memphis Health Care Hero in 2019. Dr. Khaled has an established research career in stem cell transplantation as principal investigator and co-investigator for multiple industry- and NIH-funded protocols. He also has published extensively in the field of stem cell transplantation with dozens of articles and abstracts.

Jennifer Tseng, MD, hematologist/medical oncologist, is the Thoracic/Head and Neck Specialty Section leader for Medical Oncology and the associate director of Clinical Research for Medical Oncology at Orlando Health Cancer Institute.Dr. Tseng received her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine. She completed her residency and served as assistant chief resident in internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center.
