Dr. Kamlesh Shah

Kamlesh Shah, MD, FACG, FASGE, is a fellowship-trained gastroenterologist with the Atlantic Digestive Health Institute, part of Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he has more than 21 years of experience in gastroenterology. He is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and driving continuous improvement for health care delivery. Dr. Shah’s expertise includes diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy including ERCP.After earning his medical degree at University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Piscataway, Dr. Shah performed his internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. He then completed gastroenterology fellowship training at Graduate Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA, followed by an advanced endoscopy fellowship at Duke University Medical Center and Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, NC. Prior to joining AMG, he held positions as a gastroenterologist in Pennsylvania and South Jersey.Dr. Shah is a Fellow of both the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG) and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (FASGE). He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
