L. Thomas Winger, IV, MD, FACS earned his medical degree from University of Texas at Houston, and completed his residency at Emory University in 2005. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Spanish from Rice University, and is board certified in General Surgery.Dr. Winger has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. Prior to joining the surgical staff at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in 2005, Dr. Winger was a Chief Resident at Emory University Hospital.
