Overview
Jared Cordon, MD, believes the foundation of excellent care begins with truly listening to patients. By understanding their story and goals, he partners with them to create clear, effective treatment plans. As an orthopedic surgeon, he finds reward in restoring function and relieving pain, helping patients return to the activities they love. “You have to hear their story and how it is affecting their life to provide them the best care,” he says. Originally from eastern North Carolina, Dr. Cordon was drawn to the Appalachian Highlands by the region’s beauty and his wife’s Bristol roots. Outside the operating room, he enjoys farming and restoring classic cars. He is also active in the Rhythm and Roots Reunion and his church.
