Dr. Kristen M. Vallery
Overview
Dr. Kristen Vallery has been a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist since 2007. She began her career as an Ob/Gyn in Lansing, Mich. and set down roots in the Bedford community in 2008. Dr. Vallery also has served as an assistant professor in the School of Medicine for the University of North Texas-Southern Methodist University since 2019. She is especially passionate about helping women through the childbirth experience, from pregnancy through postpartum care, including focusing on preterm labor and vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).Dr. Vallery earned her medical degree while attending the University of Missouri-Columbia. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School/Parkland Hospital in Dallas. She served as chief resident during her final year in residency. Dr. Vallery is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha and the Tarrant County Medical Society.
