Our ability to treat diverse illnesses such as liver and kidney cancer, vascular disease and infections though a tiny incision just a few millimeters in size allows me to achieve my ultimate goal: helping patients recover from their illnesses faster with less discomfort and less inconvenience. Therefore, we participate in the care of patients with a wide variety of conditions, such as liver dysfunction (cirrhosis), renal failure, gallstones, feeding difficulties, uncontrolled bleeding, venous clots, venous access difficulties, pulmonary embolism, or cancer. The therapies that we can offer for cancer include injecting therapies into the blood vessels supplying a tumor (radioembolization, chemoembolization, or bland embolization), or by delivering energy to directly destroy a tumor (microwave, radiofrequency, or cryoablation).
