Dr. Kolitz earned his medical degree from the Yale University School of Medicine. He trained in Internal Medicine at North Shore University Hospital and Hematology and Medical Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Kolitz is an active member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American College of Physicians.
