Thoracic surgery has combined that love of working with my hands with the desire to help patients and their loved ones through cancer. And not only is he dedicated to his patients in the present, he s determined to influence the future of cardiothoracic surgery as well he is an assistant professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and a secretary at Long Island Jewish Medical Center Staff Society, an advocacy group for physicians at the medical center.
