Philosophy of care | I believe every patient should be treated as if they were your family. Medicine can be complex, and I will explain it to you in such a way as to convey your health problem in a straightforward manner, with compassion and empathy. | Why I entered medicine | My grandfather, who raised me, was an anesthesiologist. His stories of the operating room would always fascinate me, and began my interest in medicine. Once when I was injured as a child and brought to the hospital, I felt my care could have been better in many ways. It is from that perspective that I approach each patient and their family – always striving to be better. | Community involvement | For many years I have supported the Children's Home of Easton, who house, feed, and educate children at risk. I also support the Swain School. | Personal interests | I am an avid music fan and play and collect guitars. On occasion I can be heard singing and playing in public in the Lehigh Valley (that hopefully isn't too traumatic for the audience!). | Image | Lehigh Valley Hospital is ranked 42th for pulmonology and lung surgery on the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals list. |.
