I have personally taught well over 1,200 physicians to evaluate and treat nerve injuries, radiculopathies, spinal facet and sacroiliac joint pain problems in accredited CME lectures at local, regional, national and international meetings. I have written extensively on treatment of cervical whiplash injuries, disc injury, radiculopathies and spinal diagnostic procedures. As Principal Investigator on research studies, I have pioneered newer techniques to treat pain. Originally trained in Biophysics at Johns Hopkins University provides the necessary quantitative scientific background in biology, physics and mathematics to understand and apply these principles in conjunction with my knowledge of anatomy, medicine and the neurobiology of pain to the analysis of the clinical circumstances of human pain and injury.
