Dr. John Bucholtz earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his family medicine residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in Ft. Benning, GA. In addition, he completed a 1-year faculty development fellowship in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC.
