Michael Fortson, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Fortson has been in private practice in the metro Atlanta area for over 20 years. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.Dr. Fortson takes a special interest in preventative medicine and the management of chronic diseases, including the treatment of hypertension, diabetes, and high blood cholesterol.In his spare time, Dr. Fortson enjoys spending time with friends and family. William Kriegel, D.O., earned his medical degree from A.T. Sill University of Health Sciences in Kirksville, Mo. In his spare time, Dr. Kriegel enjoys walking his dog, cycling, swimming, and photography. He lives in Atlanta and is married with one son.
