John T. Parker, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist. For nearly 30 years he has practiced general otolaryngology offering his patients high-quality, patient-focused care, covering all aspects of otolaryngology. His areas of clinical focus include the treatment of nasal and sinus disease, diagnosis and treatment of head and neck masses, surgical treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, and treatment of ear disease and hearing loss.In 2017, Dr. Parker became the first physician in Washington State to offer Inspire treatment to patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. The Inspire device is a fully implantable nerve stimulator which works to prevent airway obstruction during sleep. The device has proven to be a highly successful, well tolerated, elegant treatment for patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Parker is the most experienced Inspire surgeon in the Pacific Northwest.Dr. Parker practiced in Fort Collins, Colorado, before moving to Washington State. He volunteers with the Oregon and Western Washington Chapter of Healing the Children through mission trips to Guatemala, where he provides ear surgery and tonsillectomies to children in need.

Dr. Anstead completed her Residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Illinois, Chicago where she was awarded the Resident Research Award. She completed her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Miami, Florida, graduating with honors and nominated to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. Prior to medical school, Dr. Anstead completed two concurrent Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Psychology. She is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and trained with Dr. Andrew Weil at the Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona.Dr. Anstead has been voted Best Doctor in Seattle by her peers in the Seattle Metropolitan Magazine five times. She has frequently been an invited speaker on the topics of Rhinology andEndoscopic Skull Base Surgery across the Americas and Europe and directed cadaveric dissection courses on Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery for her peers. She has served as a reviewer for several academic journals and has published in the areas of Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery in both peer reviewed journals and book chapters including Dr. Casiano’s bestselling Endoscopic Sinonasal Dissection Guide.Dr. Anstead is married and has two beautiful children.
