Philosophy of care | I strive to help my patients achieve their best health with a focus on preventative care and evidence-based medicine. My approach to your care is patient-centered and educational. I have a passion for lifestyle medicine and its role in preventing chronic illness and disease. | Why I entered medicine | With a background in engineering, I have always enjoyed critical thinking, problem-solving and, most of all, collaboration. I chose to become a family physician to apply these skills to develop meaningful, lasting relationships with patients of all ages. | Community involvement | During residency training, I volunteered at local high schools to conduct sports physicals. | Personal interests | I enjoy cooking various cuisines and baking, especially desserts! Being outdoors and staying physically active energizes me. Most importantly, I value spending time with friends and family.
