Overview
Nate Nelson, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician offering patient-centered primary care across the lifespan, from kindergarten onward.Dr. Nelson believes that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. He also recognizes that each patient is unique, with his or her own circumstances, worries, expectations and goals.
