Dr. David W. Ouyang

Fallon M. Flowers, APRN, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, speaker, and advocate dedicated to advancing reproductive well-being and contraceptive equity. Since 2018, she has served medically underserved, low-income, and uninsured women on Chicago’s South Side, providing comprehensive OB-GYN care and mentoring nurse practitioner students.
