Overview
Jessica Selter, M.D. earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina as a Neuroscience major. She then became a researcher at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland before earning her medical degree with distinction from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. She then went on to complete her residency in OB/GYN at Columbia University Medical Center/NY Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. From there, she returned to Duke University Medical Center to complete her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Selter is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). She has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility including polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian aging, and male factor infertility. She also has particular interest in third-party reproduction and elective egg freezing. An avid researcher, Dr. Selter has published numerous papers on a variety of topics including fertility preservation, optimizing in vitro fertilization (IVF) outcomes, age and fertility, and the environment’s impact on fertility, among others. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI). At the heart of Dr. Selter’s practice is her commitment to delivering patient-centered care by creating an environment that is comforting, supportive, and fosters open communication, allowing her patients to feel genuinely understood and cared for. Dr. Selter provides patient care at SGF’s K-Street, D.C., location. Born and raised in the Washington DC area, she is honored to take care of patients from the DMV. In her spare time, Dr. Selter enjoys being outside with her family immersing herself in all D.C. has to offer.

Micah J. Hill, D.O., is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Dr. Hill completed his residency in OB/GYN at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. He then completed his fellowship in REI at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Prior to joining SGF, Dr. Hill retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel with his most recent position being the medical director for the Assisted Reproduction Technologies program and the OB/GYN Research Director at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He has served as the Media Editor for Fertility and Sterility, President of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI), President Elect and Quality Assurance Committee Chair for the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), and on the Practice Committee for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). He has served of the Board of Directors of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), SART, SREI, PCRS, and ASRM. As an avid researcher, Dr. Hill has contributed to hundreds of publications and presentations exploring topics such in vitro fertilization (IVF) protocols and outcomes and frozen embryo transfers, among many others. She has held other key national leadership roles, such as president of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and chair of the SART Research Committee. She is an associate editor for the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and for Human Reproduction. Dr. Baker has published more than 60 peer-reviewed research articles on topics related to fertility including stimulation protocols in assisted reproductive technology, factors affecting success with fertility treatment, and biomarkers of ovarian reserve (egg supply). Her current research focuses on health outcomes for women and their offspring following fertility treatment.
