Overview
Dr. Gonzalez-Rangel finished his medical school in 2002 in Colombia and pediatric Residency in 2009 (Texas A&M) and Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship in 2012 (Rush University, Chicago).
His area of interest is congenital heart disease and cardiomyopathy from fetal to adult life. He was the director of fetal cardiology at Beaumont Childrens from 2012 to 2022 and the the director of the student heart check program from 2012 to 2022.
He has published multiple studies and has been invited nationally and internationally to present the studies. He has also been selected several years as a top doctor in Metro Detroit and recently Americas best Doctor in 2023.
