Dr. Fulmer is a board-certified and fellowship-trained specialist in urology, subspecializing in endourology, minimally invasive surgery and robotics. His clinical interests include endourology, urolithiasis/stone disease, robotic surgery, surgical therapy for BPH and endoscopic surgery. Dr. Fulmer earned his medical degree from Temple University. He completed his residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in laparoscopy and endourology at Loyola University Health System. Although many patients require surgical management, others require medical management alone. Having all these tools, both operative and medical, makes the management of urologic patients challenging and interesting. My interest in urologic surgery also stems from the broad application of state-of-the-art technology. Whether it is robotic surgery, minimally invasive endourologic treatment of stones and tumors, or the latest treatment techniques for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BHP), I am proud to be able to offer these techniques. | Community involvement | I have participated in free prostate cancer screening clinics annually. | Personal interests | I enjoy the outdoors, fishing and hunting mostly, depending on the time of year. John Ramey, MD, is a board-certified urologist who provides care for men and women.
