Dr. Prakash Gatta

Dr. Timothy Oskin joins Texas Health Physicians Group as a board-certified vascular surgeon with 24 years of experience. He acted as division chief of vascular surgery at a busy regional health system, St. Luke's University Health Network, in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In this role he acted as leader of the vascular program that grew from 3 hospitals to 12 facilities and started an independent medical school while overseeing 9 vascular surgeons as they developed a vascular fellowship. He focused on the improvement of quality patient care with the development of practice guidelines and protocols benchmarked by a national registry.Dr. Oskin earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.
