Overview
Dr. Craig A. Sable is a pediatric cardiologist affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital, George Washington University Hospital, Washington Adventist Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital, Frederick Memorial Hospital, Peninsula Regional Medical Center and Children’s National Medical Center, where he is the director of echocardiography and pediatric cardiology fellowship training, as well as the medical director of telemedicine. He practices out of Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Sable has expertise in cardiac imaging, echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiogram. Dr. Sable earned his medical degree from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Children’s National Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in pediatric cardiology. Dr. Sable has led medical mission trips to Uganda, resulting in over 150 children receiving life-saving treatment. He has also helped improve the cardiology program for open heart surgery at the Uganda Heart Institute at Mulago Hospital.
