He completed an internal medicine internship at St. Joseph�s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, a neurology residency at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix and most recently, an epilepsy fellowship at the University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.
