Dr. Ranan A. Mendelsberg
Overview
Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Ranan Mendelsberg earned his B.S. and M.D. degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After completing his residency in general surgery at Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center, Dr. Mendelsberg spent two years at the University of Oklahoma pursuing his fellowship in vascular surgery. During his training, Dr. Mendelsberg studied cutting edge minimally invasive endovascular and open surgical techniques, used to treat the full spectrum of vascular disease. A member of the AOA (Alpha Omega Alpha) Honor Society and recipient of multiple teaching awards by medical students, Dr. Mendelsberg has been recognized for his academic achievements.
Dr. Mendelsberg’s broad surgical training allows for an individualized approach to patient care. He specializes in all aspects of arterial and venous pathology, including the following:

During his rare free time, Dr. Mendelsberg can be found actively engaged with his wife and three children, playing a pick-up game of basketball with his friends, or tinkering with endless household projects.
