His work investigates how seizures, seizure risk, and anti-seizure treatments impact spontaneous behavior, aiming to develop new, quantifiable behavioral endpoints for epilepsy spectrum disorders. Beyond his extensive clinical practice and research, Dr. Krishnan is actively involved in medical education, formally participating in didactic teaching for medical, graduate, and undergraduate students, and overseeing courses on Epilepsy and EEG. He is board-certified in Adult Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Epilepsy Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
