Michael Chu, DO, earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences and completed his residency at Tufts Medical Center. He received his undergraduate degree in bioengineering from University of California Berkeley and is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Chu has been practicing medicine for 7 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Chu was practicing at Kaiser Permanente.

Dr. Chu has a special interest in partnering with people to overcome their pain so they can live the lives they want to live. In his spare time, Dr. Chu enjoys spending time with his family. She also performs electromyography (EMG) studies to evaluate for carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy and cervical and lumbosacral radiculopathies. Dr. McCabe also performs Botox injections to treat conditions such as spasticity, thoracic outlet syndrome and chronic migraine.
