Dr. Kung was born and raised in Arlington, Texas and completed his undergraduate studies at Rice University in Houston. He attended medical school at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Kung stayed at Washington University for residency training in Adult Neurology and fellowship training in both Epilepsy and Neuro-Ophthalmology. Dr. Kung is board certified in Neurology and Epilepsy and has a special interest in seeing patients with refractory headaches, dizziness and brain injury. Dr. Pham is originally from Texas, although having lived in all four of the major time zones of the United States, he is ready to lay down some roots in Colorado. He completed an internship and residency in neurology at the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland and completed a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Pham worked in the Denver community as a neurologist and neuro-ophthalmologist before joining SCL Health Medical Group. Dr. Pham is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and was promoted to fellow member status in the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society in 2022.
