Dr. Kung was born and raised in Arlington, Texas and completed his undergraduate studies at Rice University in Houston. He attended medical school at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Kung stayed at Washington University for residency training in Adult Neurology and fellowship training in both Epilepsy and Neuro-Ophthalmology. Dr. Kung is board certified in Neurology and Epilepsy and has a special interest in seeing patients with refractory headaches, dizziness and brain injury. Dr. Pham is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and was promoted to fellow member status in the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society in 2022.
