Graduated Uniformed Services University Medical School in 2001 in Bethesda, MD. Completed his internship and residency at Keesler Medical Center, Biloxi, MS; finishing in 2004. Practiced Pediatrics in the United States Air Force for 11 years.
Completed his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio, TX in 2013. Practiced Allergy/Immunology for adults and children in the United States Air Force for 9 years before retiring at 21 years of service.
Dr. Coons lives in Huntingtown MD, and is married with three children. Hobbies: Reading, outdoor activities, and avid foodie.
