He utilizes right heart catheterization with exercise coupled to a metabolic cart (invasive CPET) to help determine the various contributors for a patient’s dyspnea. He also evaluates and manages pre- and post-heart transplant patients.After receiving his medical degree from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. Singh headed west to pursue his internship and residency at the University of California San Francisco. He remained there for his cardiology fellowship in the molecular medicine program (physician-scientist training program). He returned to the East Coast to pursue a second fellowship in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology. He has an extensive list of published work, has lectured internationally, and has participated in research studies funded by the National Institutes of Health.Dr. Singh maintains membership in the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation and the American Heart Association.
