Dr. Winkler is the System Chief, of the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery: Urogynecology at Northwell Health and Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
