Dr. John A. Horton

Debbie Tan, MD, is a physiatrist and is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and spinal cord injury medicine. She is the medical director of UPMC St. Margaret and is an assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
