The diagnosis of cancer is associated with extreme anxiety and concern about the future. I feel honored to be given the opportunity to care for my patients in one of the most difficult times in their lives and help them navigate their diagnosis and treatment options. My philosophy of care revolves around effective communication with my patients, empowering them with the knowledge about their diagnosis and helping them decide the treatment approach that best suits them. Oncology is a rapidly growing field and I take delight in learning about the research of the latest treatments being used in cancer management and sharing that with my patients. I admire my patients’ endurance and resilience and cherish the relationships I develop along the way.
