Celso Silva, M.D., M.S., is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brown University School of Medicine/Women and Infants Hospital, and subspecialty fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Silva completed post-graduate research training in Reproductive Medicine and Infertility at Brown University and a Master Science Degree in Translational Research at the University of South Florida. Dr. Silva has published several peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts, book chapters, and review articles in many leading scientific journals, and has been invited to present at national and international meetings. He is the recipient of multiple scientific and teaching awards, and is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Society for Reproductive Surgeons. His interests include assisted reproductive technologies, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), the impact of aging on infertility, and fertility preservation. His research has been supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Dr. Silva joined Shady Grove Fertility in January 2018. Anthony Imudia, M.D., earned his medical degree from the Universidad Latina De Panama before completing his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. He then completed a 3-year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility from Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, where he also served as an instructor in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive biology. Dr. Imudia joined USF Morsani College of Medicine in 2013. He served as the Director, USF-IVF Clinical Operations from 2015-2017; and is currently the Division Director and Fellowship Director, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, USF Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Imudia has earned many teaching and research awards, produced numerous peer-reviewed publications, and has given international and national presentations in the field of infertility and reproductive endocrinology, IVF, egg freezing and egg donation. He is the recipient of multiple scientific and teaching awards as well as awards for exemplary patient care, such as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Star Award, News and World Report Top 10% of Doctors Nationwide, Best Doctors in America in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Tampa Magazine’s Top Infertility Physicians as chosen by his physician peers since 2017. Prior to joining Shady Grove Fertility of Tampa Bay, Dr. Plosker was full-time faculty at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. While at USF, he served as Division Director of USF IVF and Reproductive Endocrinology, and Medical Director of IVF at Tampa General Hospital from 2006-2019. Dr. Plosker is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, and the Florida Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
