Overview
Maria Ajaimy, MD, earned her medical degree at Lebanese University School of Medicine in Beirut, Lebanon. She completed a clinical fellowship in the Renal Division at SUNY downstate, NY, followed by a clinical transplant fellowship in the Renal Division at BIDMC, Harvard teaching hospital. Dr. Ajaimy is a UNOS certified transplant nephrologist and brings to Montefiore more than a decade of expertise in kidney and kidney-pancreas transplantation.
