Overview
Dr. Griffith earned a bachelor of science in biology from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He received his medical degree and Ph.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Griffith is board certified in internal medicine and has been practicing medicine for over 17 years. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians Group, Dr. Griffith was in private practice at Adult Medicine of Marietta. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Society for Innovative Medical Practice Design, American College of Physicians and the Cobb County Medical Society. Dr. Griffith is married and has two children. Dr. Griffith is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
