Dr. Neal Smith
Overview
Neal Smith, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in total joint replacement of the hip and knee, arthroscopy of the knee, trauma, and adult and pediatric orthopedics. He is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, as well as a fellow of both the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
During his residency, Dr. Smith served as assistant team physician for the New York Yankees. Throughout his career, he has presented several times at the Orthopedic Grand Rounds on various topics, such as complications of revision total hip arthroplasty, treatment of infected total knee arthroplasty and advances in total joint arthroplasty.
