Eugene Oh, MD, PhD, is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face. He has extensive experience in breast and body surgery including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, arm lift, thigh lift and liposuction surgeries.
