I started in an engineering career but switched to medicine because I wanted to help people and form long-lasting relationships with them. I find this much more rewarding than sitting at a desk all day in front of a computer. | Community involvement | I have a son with autism. I am involved in local autism groups and volunteer for the Special Olympics. | Personal interests | I love to cook and make most of the meals for my family. I enjoy exercising daily. I love to ski, hike and travel. I am an avid Formula One fan and enjoy traveling to one race each year.
