Overview
Alexander Gluzman, M.D., earned his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga. He completed his residency and pulmonary and criticalcare training at Emory University. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Gluzman was in practice with Georgia Lung Associates. Dr. Gluzman has been practicing medicine for 10 years. He holdsboard certifications in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease and internal medicine. Dr. Gluzman specializes in advanced bronchoscopy techniques such as EBUS and electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy. He will be providing intensive care coverage at Piedmont Atlanta, and is fluent in Russian. In his spare time, Dr. Gluzman enjoys spending time with family, reading and traveling. James W. Chang, DO, FCCP, received his undergraduate degree from University of California, San Diego. He earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus. He completed his internal medicine residency at Michigan State University and pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Chang is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. Dr. Chang has presented at national conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.Dr. Chang specializes in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. He has special interests in asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, lung nodules and lung cancer. He performs advanced bronchoscopy techniques such as endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) and electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy.
