Dr. Bradley Gaddis

Dr. Bradley Gaddis is a board-certified general surgeon with Orlando Health Medical Group Surgery. Fellowship trained in advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures, he specializes in hernia, foregut and colorectal treatments. Dr. Gaddis currently serves as a surgeon for the Orlando Health Complex Hernia Center. His clinical interests and surgical procedures include: Focus on all common benign diseases. General surgical emergencies and complex surgical oncology. Appendectomies, hernia operations, cholecystectomies, lymph node biopsies, lumpectomies and colorectal operations. Dr. Gaddis’ Training Dr. Gaddis received his medical training from Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. His residency in general surgery was completed at Hackensack Meridian Health – Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, New Jersey, where he served as chief resident. He performed his fellowship in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery with Florida Surgical Specialists in Bradenton. Prior to medical school, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Dr. Gaddis is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Association. About Dr. Gaddis He spent two years in Kampala, Uganda, as an educator with the Peace Corps, and learned to speak Ateso, the language of the Iteso people who live in Uganda and Kenya. Dr. Gaddis enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and cuisine, playing guitar, carpentry, movies and film, hiking and other outdoor activities.

His clinical expertise encompasses Choledocholithiasis, Ogilvie Syndrome, Gallbladder Disease, and Biliary Dyskinesia.

Dr. Gaddis is board certified in American Osteopathic Board Of Surgery. He is actively involved in clinical research, co-authoring 2 peer reviewed articles.
