Gary F. He is a Professor of Surgery and Pediatrics at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Rogers completed a Masters in Law (LL.M.) focusing on healthcare law from the George Washington School of Law in 2016 and is currently a student in the Masters of Applied Economics program at the George Washington University Columbian College of Arts and Science.
