Jon Odorico, MD, is a UW Health transplant surgeon and professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Transplantation at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.Dr. Odorico provides comprehensive pre- and post-transplant care for patients of all ages. The group includes case managers, surgical and medical teams, social workers, dietitians, pharmacist coordinators and other specialists. They’re continually in touch with the patient and the providers involved in that patient’s care.Dr. Parajuli conducts clinical studies and translational research, which translates scientific findings to patient care. He works with medical students, residents, fellows and other colleagues on research, including the evaluation of difficult-to-treat infections.
