Dr. Deepika Malik

Dr. Malik is a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon with expertise in macular disorders including age related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, inflammatory ocular diseases and surgical retinal diseases.

Dr. Malik is a Diplomate of American Board of Ophthalmology and is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Society of Retina Specialists. She has completed her surgical vitreoretinal fellowship at Gavin Herbert Eye Institute at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Malik received her medical degree from B.J. Medical College in India. Dr. Malik has completed ophthalmology residencies at B.J. Medical College in Gujarat, India and Mohan Eye Institute, Delhi University in New Delhi, India. Dr. Malik is an accomplished researcher and has conducted extensive national clinic trials to evaluate the efficacy of drugs and devices in the treatment of retinal disorders. She has been honored as one of the Top Ophthalmologists in the Philadelphia region and included in the 2021 Top Doctors List.
