Dr. Akduman is an Associate Professor and the Medical Director of the MRI Department of Radiology. She is the Program Director for the Diagnostic Radiology Residency. Dr. Akduman obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Hacettepe University School of Medicine in Ankara, Turkey. She also completed a research fellowship in Body MRI at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
