Dr. Xavier also sits in the Newborn Screening and Follow-up Technical Advisory Board for the Pennsylvania Department of Health.Dr. Xavier also practices at the Hemophilia Center of Western Pennsylvania, a state and federally-funded 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides comprehensive medical care to the residents of Western Pennsylvania with hemophilia and other bleeding and clotting disorders.
