Dr. Francisco Moreno earned his medical degree at National Autonomous University in Mexico City and completed his internship and residency at the University of Miami at Coral Gables, Fla., Baylor College of Medicine-Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston and Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. Dr. Moreno has been in practice in the Houston area since 1980. His primary clinical interests are preventive medicine, neonatology, infections, respiratory problems and ADD/ADHD (attention deficit disorder). He sees patients from birth to age 18 and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. His practice philosophy is based on creating a team between parents and caregivers that ensures healthy development of children.
