Dr. Mukund Venu is a Wisconsin native and has lived in the Chicago area for over 10 years. He graduated from Saint Louis University, where he earned both his B.A. in history and medical degree. He completed his internal medicine residency training and gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship training at Medical College of Wisconsin. He also completed a visiting professorship at the Mayo Clinic.
