Dr. Sergei Grando is a board-certified UCI Health dermatologist with more than 30 years experience treating skin disorders including eczema and other autoimmune blistering diseases.He received his medical degree at Kyiv Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine. He completed residencies in dermatology Kyiv Medical University and at the UC Davis School of Medicine in Sacramento, Calif.
